PaFEC doesn’t represent one set of students, parents, or one educational model. We seek to represent all—to be a voice for and by all parents across Pennsylvania who want their children to have the best chance at life. 

That belief is at the heart of everything we do. 

When we say all kids, all options, all the time, we mean it. Families come to PaFEC from every corner of the state, with different needs, different challenges, and different hopes for their children. Our role isn’t to point them to one path—it’s to help them find the right path. 

Through our growing network of Regional Parent Leaders, we are empowering parents, expanding choices, and strengthening communities. These leaders are creating ripple effects—one conversation, one family, one decision at a time—so that no parent feels alone in navigating education. 

At the same time, we are building bridges through ECCO—our Educators Coalition for Change and Outreach—bringing together educators who are committed to connecting, innovating, and driving meaningful change. When educators and parents come together, we go further—and we go faster. 

Because we believe we are stronger together. 

When parents are informed and supported, when educators are connected and engaged, something powerful happens: 

United voices. Connected impact. Lasting change. 

That is the work of PaFEC. 
That is the movement growing across Pennsylvania. 

And it all starts with one simple idea: every child deserves a chance to succeed—and every parent deserves a voice in how that happens.
