YOU are needed to share your story, your insight and your skills

It’s not easy being a parent. It’s not easy to tell your story, or the story of those you love – especially in today’s social media world. But all of our stories are important. If you love your district, charter school, homeschool, pod, microschool or other education method, we want to hear about it. If you provide education to students with new, innovative methods that seem to strike a chord (or the old-fashioned ones that have stood the test of time), we want to know about it.
Not everything works for everyone, but we can praise what does, and celebrate those making education better for our children. I’ve heard amazing stories from hundreds of parents, teachers, and educational entrepreneurs that give me hope for the future of education in our Commonwealth – many of which came from pain and discouragement. They’ve turned their lived experiences and cautionary tales into action and educational improvement for dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of students.
Don’t be afraid to tell your story, to speak your mind, to make education better – because your ripple effect is profound.

and you have to decide
what kind of difference you want to make.”
